For work reasons in 2017 I was able to visit Chile. Most of the time was spent in Santiago de Chile. I was always able to visit other places such as the city of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar.
Valparaiso is a port city, with great commercial and financial development. It has several universities of great importance in Chile.
The population lives in the hills and is accessed by a peculiar means of transportation.
