Hello family with great minds, it's a pleasure to write ✍️ and bring to notice about Something I consider very interesting to be looked upon.
Something happened recently that really made me think deeply about support and relationships.

I honestly don't know why people are fun of doing this, I mean giving is something that everyone should likely be a part of, it feels good when you help willingly without being compelled to.

And you the receiver shouldn't shy away from reciprocating same gesture. But some people won't want to grow up from having a dependable mindset, feeling entitled about what's not yours that was willing given. Call it giving or support, my point of view is that everyone can do same.

Everyone should be able to give.
Someone came to my DM asking me to join her free class to cheer her up, which I did.

Another time, she sent me a post link and asked me to help increase her engagement.
And honestly, I showed up because I wanted to encourage her, hoping she would change.

But this was someone who hardly interacted with anything I posted, no support, no engagement, no encouragement.

So when she came again, I asked her a simple question:
“Don’t you think I also need this same support too?”
Because honestly, I couldn’t understand it anymore.

She kept seeking help but was not willing to give it back.
Some people only remember others when they are in need.

You cannot keep expecting people to support you while giving little or nothing back.
Relationships, friendships, and growth survive on mutual support.

If you want people to stand with you during your difficult season, learn to stand with people during theirs too.

Be the kind of person you would also want to meet during your difficult season.
We should do better. No one is an island.
You're reading from your handsome friend John Petra.

Love and blessings!
