My beginning with physical training was forced, about 5 years ago; I was not in shape at all and I got sick very often, I decided to take the bull by the horns and start my own way.

I remember that in those days I was researching on the Internet about how to improve my quality of life through certain habits, mainly guided by the judgement that I was forming as I read each article about it, and also through my intuition.

Training with constancy helped me to improve physically, mentally and spiritually

The fact of having to carry a daily routine made me develop discipline, training at home and outdoors because I did not go to the gym, I think that way I was more challenged by the circumstances since I was not surrounded by people doing the same thing, in most cases I trained alone.

Every day that passed, I was my best opponent, because at that time I could not do a proper pushup, being more honest, and so I do not feel like training, nothing, the hardest moments are always at the beginning, the first falls are the ones that inspire us the most.

Every day that passed, I was my best opponent, I could not make a good-form push up, and that took away the desire to train, not at all, the hardest moments are always at the beginning, the first falls are the most frightening.

At the beginning, my routine it was quite easy and many in their ignorance who do not understand how personal and relative the training was depends on the level would say was useless. I did abdominal exercises and exercises to improve my endurance, such as jogging and jump the rope. But when it comes to working strength Oh God! That shit ... And excuse me the expression, continuing with the subject; I started very little, as I could not do push-ups in the standard way, I had to do knee push ups.

The push ups are among the most complete and functional exercises, it is basic, efficient and fruitful, since you work the chest, the triceps, the shoulders and if that was not enough you also work the abdomen because he is in charge of keeping the body firm and stable, it is an exercise that increases our pushing force at the level of the torso and the strength of our abdomen as an isometric excercise.

The exercise that cost me the most was the pull up.

I could not reach the bar, I started letting myself hang as long as possible, and then pushing myself over the bar and resisting the fall.

I could not miss the squats, I did them every day and they were simpler for me compared to the other exercises.

On a physical level this helped me a lot, I began to feel more energetic than normal, to sleep better, the fact of seeing me better made me feel better obviously, but there was also something of a certain nature that I could not explain well, something spiritual that It goes beyond the physical sensation of exercise.

From my point of view it had to do with the mental state in which I was placed when I began my routines, a state with perhaps a certain ritualistic connotation, before I began to feel grateful for being alive and being part of the material plane, for being able to breathe , to perceive that ray of light that illuminates the particles in a morning or that cool breeze during the night.

Training at the beginning was very simple and circumstantial for me, at the time it was a challenge of great difficulty, but when it became a habit to do it alone, accompanied by the silence of the night, many times with the mental state unfavorable to have the enough desire to do it, such as stress, anxiety, etc.

It became a kind of meditation, a method to put my feet on the ground, face my delusions, in the first minutes; face the present moment, and be able to enjoy it.

Today I am not "too strong" but thanks to the exercise I have developed the form and the technique to carry out movements that nowadays this urban world does not require me, but that in another more primitive context or survival context would be indispensable.

It is indisputable how many good things physical training can do for us in various aspects of our lives
