Well, the ingredients for making choco almond cookies certainly don't cost much and you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, cocoa powder, margarine, powdered milk, eggs, powdered sugar, cornstarch, chocolate bars, almonds and cake molds. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making choco almond cookies.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a frying pan and put enough water, then put a small bowl in the pan and put enough chocolate bars. Then, melt until the chocolate bars are completely melted.
The second step, after the chocolate bars have melted, set the chocolate aside. now all you have to do is prepare a place and put 200grams of margarine and 125grams of powdered sugar. then, stir until well blended using a whisk or you can use a mixer.
the third step, after the margarine and flour have been stirred until well blended, now add 1 egg yolk into the container and stir again until the egg yolks are evenly mixed using a whisk only.
the fourth step, after the egg yolks have been stirred until well blended, then add the chocolate bars that you previously melted into the container and stir again the chocolate until well mixed with the other ingredients.
the fifth step, after the chocolate has been stirred until well blended, then what you have to add is 1 sachet of powdered milk, 35 grams of cocoa powder, 25 grams of cornstarch and 300 grams of low protein flour. Then, stir again until well blended and becomes a dough.
well, you can see the results, if the dough is very smooth and can be shaped, that's a sign that you have succeeded in making these cookies. if the dough still feels soft, you can add enough flour and if the dough is still hard, you can add enough margarine.
the sixth step, after you have succeeded in making the dough, the next thing you have to do is prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. then, coat the dough with clean plastic and flatten the dough using a rolling pin like the photo above.
seventh step, after you have flattened the dough with a rolling pin like the previous photo, then print the dough with the cake molds available at your home. You can use any form of mold according to your wishes. Repeat until everything is done.
the eighth step, after all the dough has been printed using a cake mold until it is finished, the next thing you have to do is put the almonds in the middle of the dough and repeat this step until all the dough has been put in the almonds. Next, arrange all the dough on the baking sheet neatly and not messy.
the last step, after all the dough has been arranged on a baking sheet, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 5 minutes. after the oven is hot, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, with a fire up and down for about 25 or 30 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and after that, you can sell chocolate almond cookies or serve them to your friends and family. Well, you've guessed how these cookies taste, yes these cookies are really very tasty and crispy, the choco taste is so thick in the mouth and the almonds are really very tasty.
