Happy Weekend everyone😃
My morning Saturday started with me making omlets for breakfast.
We love omlets, since they are really heathy because you have some eggs with some veggies like, garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms, plus they are pretty easy and fast to make.
First I would slice some onion into skiny slices, cut some peppers and mushrooms.
Next I would prepare the eggs ( 2 eggs per omlet) by wisking/beating them with some minced garlic, black pepper and paprika.
Next I would add some milk.
Next, I pour the egg mix into a pan.
Add the veggies on top and cook it on low for about 5 minutes, covered.
Once the eggs are cooked add some cheese on top until the cheese melts.
Breakfast is served 🙂
After our delicious breakfast we went for a walk, since it was a very sunny day with 11 degrees. It felt like Spring and look what I found. My first flower that came out from the ground. I actually found two of them. I was so excited.

I also made some Quesadia which is El Salvadorian cake with cheese, which I call cheesecake 😉, but it's nothing like a cheese cake, but it has parmesan cheese.
Now after dinner we are going to watch Jordan's soccer game at 8 pm, so we will not be back untill 10:30 pm.
Tomorrow, I am going to make some freshly made hashbrowns with eggs for breakfast and we will see what else we will do.
