Hoy mis estimados quisiera compartir con ustedes un pedacito de mis logros, algo del cual me siento súper orgulloso, esto no es más que de mi carro o mejor conocida como Antonia. Pero para ello debe comentarles un poco de nuestra historia que inicia de la siguiente manera.
Today my dear I would like to share with you a little piece of my achievements, something of which I feel very proud, this is nothing more than my car or better known as Antonia. But for this I must tell you a little of our history that begins as follows.
Hace unos años atrás cuando ejercía como Ingeniero mi jefe me dijo que necesita un apoyo mío, que trasladará a uno compañeros de trabajo hasta su casa todos los días, es decir, que le hicieran el transporte. Yo rápidamente le dije que sí, ojo para ese entonces mis dotes como chófer no eran nada buenos más allá de manejar carrito de pistas racing es decir, lo básico. Sin embargo yo acepte puesto que mi jefe me dijo se me iba a asignar un carro, y yo dije nada coroné, nada más alejado de la realidad.
A few years ago when I worked as an engineer, my boss told me that he needed my support, that he needed me to drive a colleague home every day, that is to say, to provide him with transportation. I quickly said yes, but at that time my skills as a driver were not good beyond driving a racing cart, that is to say, the basics. However, I accepted since my boss told me that I was going to be assigned a car, and I said nothing, nothing further from the truth.
Mi sorpresa fue que se me asignó la camioneta más vieja que estaba allí puesto que yo trasladaría a obreros, fue en ese instante que mis ilusiones se fueron al suelo, sin embargo, como dijeran por allí agarrando aunque sea fallo.
My surprise was that I was assigned the oldest truck that was there since I would be transporting workers, it was at that moment that my illusions went to the ground, however, as they say over there grabbing even if it is a failure.
Para ese momento en un canal de televisión acá en Venezuela transmitían una novela donde la protagonista tienda una condición de salud, ella era Asperger y todos sabemos lo ello significa. Bueno aquella camioneta la llamé Micaela, puesto que ella era como autónoma, los retrovisores los colocaba de una forma y ellos se colocaban de otra, el radio se bajaba volumen sólo, la corneta sonaba sola y así sus detalles, ella estaba en su mundo, era autónoma pero sus buenos recuerdos también me dejó, puesto que con ella practiqué y mejoré mucho la conducción.
At that time in a television channel here in Venezuela they were transmitting a soap opera where the protagonist had a health condition, she was Asperger and we all know what that means. Well, I called that van Micaela, since she was like autonomous, the mirrors were placed in one way and they were placed in another, the radio was lowered volume alone, the horn sounded alone and so on, she was in her world, she was autonomous but her good memories also left me, since with her I practiced and improved a lot driving.
Luego inicie a trabajar en otra empresa donde al igual que en la anterior se me asignó un carro, pero este nada tenía que ver con Micaela, está era otro nivel, era un vehículo nuevo full equipo, esté era Ladydi puesto que sus condiciones eran otras, pero si les soy sincero en el fondo extrañaba un poco a la Micaela.
Then I started working in another company where as in the previous one I was assigned a car, but this had nothing to do with Micaela, this was another level, it was a new vehicle full equipment, this was Ladydi since their conditions were other, but if I'm honest I missed a little Micaela.
De allí me quedo la costumbre de colocarle nombre a los carros y preferiblemente de mujer porque me parece mejor. Como es bien sabido la pandemia lo cambió todo y le dio un sacudón al mundo de 360°, con ella vinieron algunos cambios, el más notorio fue mi nuevo trabajo en el cual los pacientes que demandaba atención se multiplicaban.
From there I got into the habit of naming the cars, preferably after women because it seemed better to me. As it is well known, the pandemic changed everything and shook the world 360°, with it came some changes, the most notorious was my new job in which the patients that demanded attention multiplied.
La verdad ya mis piernas de tanto caminar no daban para más. Un día me propuse un objetivo y con esfuerzo y perseverancia, logré mi meta de cómprame mi carrito, que obviamente le coloque un nombre el cual es Antonia.
The truth is that my legs were too tired to walk anymore. One day I set a goal and with effort and perseverance, I achieved my goal of buying my cart, which obviously I named it Antonia.
Para mí fue una prueba a demostrar que cuando se quiere se puede, mi Antonia más allá de un simple carro, es un logro, es nuestro carro tanto para mí como para Road, en ella hemos compartido grandes momentos, nos ha ayudado a solucionar algunos problemas.
For me it was a proof that when you want it you can, my Antonia is more than a simple car, it is an achievement, it is our car for me and for Road, we have shared great moments in it, it has helped us to solve some problems.
Realmente me hace feliz por qué es el primero de muchas cosas buenas que vendrán y que obviamente las compartiré con ustedes. Un fuerte abrazo se les quiere.
