Este año el inicio de la ¨semana¨: ha sido muy especial, dado que hemos ¨bautizado¨ a mi nieta Emma en víspera de ¨domingo¨ de ¨ramos¨: y este año el ¨mensaje¨: ha sido crear ¨conciencia¨ en las personas sobre la ¨empatía¨ y el ¨perdón¨, algo que mucha falta hace. La celebración ha sido muy emotiva, siempre lo es cuando bautizas a un niño de tu hogar, una de las celebraciones más esperadas por los padres, sobre todo cuando se trata de su primera niña

Esta misa ha sido muy emotiva, era como si se estaba llevando a cabo para mí y mi familia, este año ha sido especial con muchas cosas por asimilar, sobre todo en referencia a mis afecciones. Pude sentir las palabras del ¨párroco¨ en la piel, me sentí realmente bendecido al concluir la ¨misa¨, el echo de que un nuevo niño sea aceptado como ¨hijo¨ de ¨Dios¨ es una enorme bendición para nuestras dos familias, ya que asistieron todos los familiares de la pareja de mi hija. Como todos los días de estas celebraciones las pasamos en familia disfrutando de la compañía y el cariño que nos tenemos, comiendo algunas exquisites dulces y otras saldas; es verdad que en estas fechas nos encontramos nosotros mismos, pero también es verdad que con tantas delicias nos encontramos con el ¨sobre¨¨peso¨

This Mass was very emotional; it was as if it were taking place for me and my family. This year has been special, with many things to process, especially regarding my medical conditions. I could feel the priest's words on my skin. I felt truly blessed at the end of the Mass. The fact that a new child is accepted as a child of God is a huge blessing for both our families, as all of my daughter's partner's relatives attended. Like every day of these celebrations, we spent them as a family, enjoying each other's company and affection, eating some delicious sweets and other savory treats. It's true that during these holidays we find ourselves, but it's also true that with so many delicacies we find ourselves "overweight."
