A few days ago, I posted a Great Big Idea for an SMT that was basically thinking out loud. I got some good feedback, and it was a big idea with too many moving parts and in the end, a use case that didn't really fit.
No Matter, Here I present Great Big Idea Number 2.

If you have ever downloaded a game on your phone or tablet, and started playing it, you would have come across the game walk through. Over the early levels of the game, It guides you to suggested actions to get started. Build your base, level it up, build a farm, build a mine, build a quarry etc, etc.
I think one of the excellent front end dev's - perhaps with the help of a gave dev or app creator, should build such a walk through for STEEM. This Dapp would need delegated SP to start new Steemians off, and for account creation purposes. Once the account is created, it could walk a newcomer through all the steps and educate them in all of the entry level intricacies of STEEM.
The benefits to the STEEM eco-system would be huge if a simple APP download for Android or ios was available.
Walking a newcomer through all the major features of this complex eco-system in a simple, step by step, guided process would - In my opinion - massively boost user retention.
What do you all think, I personally would love to have a simple App to point friends and family to that would walk them through the start up phase of joining STEEM. Something that "de-mystifies" alot of the process and aimed at the mass market and not necessarily requiring prior "Cryptocoin" knowledge.
Please let me know what you all think, and if there is any one out there that could pick this up and run with it, go for it.
I look forward to everyones input.
Regards,
@jk6276 - John.
