Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes cuáles son las progresiones del Front Lever.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, in this opportunity I will share with you what are the Front Lever progressions.
El front lever es un ejercicio estático del street workout que necesita un riguroso entrenamiento para poder lograrlo, yo en lo personal no lo tenía pero decidí entrenar con disciplina y lo pude lograr, los músculos que más trabajan son todos los de la espalda y el hombro.
The front lever is a static exercise of the street workout that needs a rigorous training to achieve it, I personally did not have it but I decided to train with discipline and I could achieve it, the muscles that work the most are all the back and shoulder muscles.
La verdad no son todas las progresiones pero son las mas importantes, las que de verdad ayudan a sacar front lever, son muchas las progresiones del front pero no están asociadas directamente con el ejercicio.
The truth is that they are not all the progressions but they are the most important ones, the ones that really help to get the front lever, there are many progressions of the front but they are not directly associated with the exercise.
