Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta ocasión compartiré con ustedes un día de entrenamiento, haciendo estáticos, para ganar fuerza y resistencia en los Estáticos.

Los Estáticos; cómo la plancha, el Front lever, el back Lever y otras variaciones, son ejercicios de alta dificultad y para poder dominarlos hay que entrenarlos.
Static exercises, such as the plank, the Front lever, the back Lever and other variations, are highly difficult exercises and must be trained in order to master them.
