Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiremos con ustedes algunas fotograf铆as de mi entrenamiento de plancha.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity we will share with you some pictures of my plancha training.
Por ahora puedo decir que domine la plancha ya en Straddle solo me falta pulir algunas variaciones pero en aguante tengo varios segundos, mi problema viene siendo la full plancha porque se me dificulta mucho tan solo marcarla, pero seguir茅 entrenando y buscar茅 la manera de sacar la full y dominar mi gran debilidad.
For now I can say that I have mastered the plancha in Straddle, I just need to polish some variations, but I have several seconds of endurance, my problem is the full plancha because it is very difficult for me just to mark it, but I will continue training and I will find the way to get the full plancha and master my great weakness.
Tengo que probar con ejercicios nuevos voy a probar diferentes m茅todos de entrenamiento hasta conseguir el indicado.
I have to try new exercises I will try different training methods until I get the right one.
