This is a picture I took before I become a vegetarian. This is s Arabian dish called Kabsa. It is commonly eaten in the Middle East. The meat is Goat and it is made with a special kind of rice. It’s very spice and creates a wonderful mixture of taste. I urge all to try it once in their life.
