Hola a todos, hoy fui al parque porque necesitaba salir de casa. Lamentablemente, no fui a entrenar, sino que fui a ayudar a mis compañeros a mejorar un poco en dinámicos.
La verdad es que fue difícil estar allí sin entrenar. Después de darles algunos consejos en dinámicos, nos dirigimos a las otras barras, donde ayudé a mi compañero 
Para finalizar, los ayudé a llevar el tiempo de una rutina de resistencia.
