¡Un saludo para todos!. Quiero concluir la semana compartiendo mi anécdota de como inicio la misma, ya que el pasado Domingo 02 de Junio fue un día muy importante para nuestras amistades y convenios internacionales en la institución. Celebramos el Día Nacional de la República Italiana con un concierto privado y exclusivo para nuestros amigos, así que les debo videos de este evento, pero toda nuestra música fue para enaltecer a esta tierra que no ha brindado tanto repertorio operístico.
Greetings to all. I want to conclude the week by sharing my anecdote of how the week started, since last Sunday June 2nd was a very important day for our friends and international agreements in the institution. We celebrated the National Day of the Italian Republic with a private and exclusive concert for our friends, so I owe you videos of this event, but all our music was to praise this land that has not provided so much operatic repertoire.
Hubo una celebración grande, pero ya saben que soy de grupos más pequeños, además, tuvimos ensayo la semana entera, sumando el Sábado y el Domingo de concierto, y con mis zapatos de concierto siempre encuentro una buena excusa para sentarme y charlar con mis amigos. En estas fotografías pueden apreciar a mi querida Ayari, la infaltable Kimberly y el excelentísimo Iván, el otro chico que ven en las fotos y que les juro por Dios que reencarnó la voz del gran tenor Luciano Pavarotti 🙏 además, fui testigo de una gran noticia ese día, que me hace celebrar, brindar y apostar por el talento de mis amigos más cercanos en la coral.
There was a big celebration, but you know I'm a small group guy, besides, we had rehearsal the whole week, adding Saturday and Sunday of the concert, and with my concert shoes I always find a good excuse to sit and chat with my friends. In these pictures you can see my dear Ayari, the infallible Kimberly and the most excellent Ivan, the other boy you see in the pictures and I swear to God that he reincarnated the voice of the great tenor Luciano Pavarotti 🙏 besides, I witnessed a great news that day, which makes me celebrate, toast and bet on the talent of my closest friends in the choir.
Una semana antes de mi matrimonio estuve ayudando a Kimberly y a Jhoxiris con unas audiciones virtuales que necesitaban enviar. Un popular concurso internacional de canto lírico se llevará a cabo en Colombia, y créanme que ahí no entra cualquiera, solo las mejores voces son seleccionadas, además de que no es fácil demostrar tu talento a través de un video que no nos muestra el audio real. Recuerdo que de mi agrupación coral se postularon 9 personas, y al fin han llegado los resultados. 7 de mis compañeros quedaron seleccionados para ir a cantar en Colombia, además de otros venezolanos conocidos que no son de la coral, y por su puesto, Iván, Kimberly y mi amada Jhoxi estarán ahí ❤️
A week before my wedding I was helping Kimberly and Jhoxiris with some virtual auditions they needed to send. A popular international lyrical singing contest will be held in Colombia, and believe me, not just anyone can enter, only the best voices are selected, besides it is not easy to show your talent through a video that does not show the real audio. I remember that 9 people from my choral group applied, and finally the results have arrived. 7 of my colleagues were selected to sing in Colombia, plus other well-known Venezuelans who are not members of the choir, and of course, Ivan, Kimberly and my beloved Jhoxi will be there ❤️
Ya ustedes saben que es inevitable para mí emocionarme tanto, como si yo también hubiera quedado seleccionado 🤣 ya yo no tengo la edad para concursar, precisamente esta semana cumplí 36 años y el límite son los 35 años 😵💫 pero no hay comparación vocal, yo soy un cantante muy pop, y estos buenos amigos míos y mi mujer tienen voz para cantar óperas, y de hecho ya lo han hecho. Ellos son protagonistas de los personajes más importantes, pero no me quejo de ser parte del coro, eso también le da vid a una obra, y aunque ellos brillan distinto a mí, al final podemos cantar en un concierto privado para la embajada de Italia en Venezuela como este que tuvimos el fin de semana e interpretamos los gloriosos coros de Va Pensiero de la Ópera Nabucco y la Marcha Triunfal de la ópera Aida, dejando nuestro talento bien en alto y sacando las lágrimas de nuestro público italiano.
You already know that it is inevitable for me to get so excited, as if I had also been selected 🤣 I am not old enough to compete, just this week I turned 36 and the limit is 35 years old 😵💫 but there is no vocal comparison, I am a very pop singer, and these good friends of mine and my wife have the voice to sing operas, and in fact they have already done it. They are the protagonists of the most important characters, but I do not complain about being part of the chorus, that also gives life to a work, and although they shine different from me, in the end we can sing in a private concert for the Italian embassy in Venezuela like the one we had this weekend and we performed the glorious chorus of Va Pensiero from the opera Nabucco and the Triumphal March from the opera Aida, leaving our talent high and bringing tears to the eyes of our Italian audience.
Yo estoy maravillado con todas las cosas que están pasando, nuestra vida musical es un sueño hecho realidad. No crean que mis amigos se van a ir a Colombia a triunfar solos, y mucho menos ahora que estoy recién casado, yo me he colado en la planificación del viaje 🤣 de hecho estoy seguro que seré el reportero, fotógrafo y camarógrafo oficial de todos ellos, porque mientras los chicos tendrán la presión del concurso yo me iré de turista y posiblemente a encontrarme con un niño rata de aquí de Hive que vive muy cerca del lugar donde se llevará a cabo este evento. La vida es más bonita cuando se disfruta con buenos amigos y nunca se deja de soñar... Me despido con esta fotografía que amé, capturada por la periodista Carolina Jaimes Branger donde el coro y la orquesta estamos en el escenario y los colores de la bandera de Italia brillan detrás de nosotros engalanando el órgano de la sala 😍 ¡Un momento épico!.
I am amazed with all the things that are happening, our musical life is a dream come true. Don't think that my friends are going to Colombia to succeed alone, and much less now that I am newly married, I have sneaked in the planning of the trip 🤣 in fact I am sure I will be the official reporter, photographer and cameraman for all of them, because while the guys will have the pressure of the contest I will go as a tourist and possibly to meet a rat boy from here in Hive who lives very close to the place where this event will take place. Life is more beautiful when you enjoy it with good friends and never stop dreaming....
