More strength in your straddle planche
Saludos compañeros de esta gran comunidad, el día lunes de esta semana, comenzando mi semana de entrenamiento junto a mis compañeros de entrenamiento y yo, decidimos empezar esta semana con una rutina bastante buena de plancha.
Greetings fellow members of this great community, on Monday of this week, starting my training week together with my training partners and I, we decided to start this week with a pretty good plank routine.
Está rutina se baso más que todo en la fuerza de empuje, hicimos ejercicios enfocados en esto, como push ups de parada de manos con negativa de straddle y máximo aguante de tuck planche, el otro ejercicio se baso en marcar 3 segundos de L-sit y marcar full planche, el último fueron push ups en tuck avanzado en barra fija con su máximos aguante, y para terminar este día de entrenamiento decidí hacer un 360 para terminar de estirar mi cuerpo, esta fue toda la rutina de este día amigos espero les haya gustado y la pongan en práctica.
This routine was based mostly on the strength of push, we did exercises focused on this, as push ups handstand with negative straddle and maximum hold tuck planche, the other exercise was based on marking 3 seconds of L-sit and mark full planche, the last were push ups in advanced tuck on fixed bar with maximum hold, and to finish this day of training I decided to do a 360 to finish stretching my body, this was the whole routine of this day friends I hope you liked it and put it into practice.
