Bienvenidos a mi Post!

Welcome To My Post!

¡Saludos SWC y Hive!

Greetings SWC and Hive!

Greetings friends of SWC, I'm @jesus1sw, and I will share some pictures of what was my training yesterday, I went around 5 PM, to Parque Ejército las Ballenas, I did a little Freestyle since I had time without doing dynamics on the floor, then I went to the bar circuit Las Ballenitas, I started my plank training with my partner, the day before I trained hefesto and the truth was very tired but it is no excuse to do my workouts, I hope you like the pictures.
