This is a dish and a recipe that is sold just by looking at it, because its appearance catches the attention of our eyes and if "it looks good, it tastes good"

INGREDIENTS:

• 5 eggs

• 1 can of condensed milk

• liquid milk (the same measure as the condensed milk can)

• 2 tablespoons vanilla

• 1 sugar rate

• 1/2 of water

UTENSILS TO USE:

• platon small and 1 a little bit bigger
• blender
• small holla
• oven

PREPARATION:

---

1: we will make the candy: we put in a soda the sugar rate and the average water rate, we put it to boil without stirring, we boil it until it thickens and it takes a caramel color, this candy we put it to the platon in which we go to Bake the quesillo all over the surface.

2: place the eggs, the condensed milk, the liquid milk and the vanilla and liquefy in the blender.

3: the blender mix is ​​emptied into the candy platon and covered with aluminum foil.

4: in a plate that is a little bit bigger than the candy we empty a glass of water and introduce the smallest platon (this is to bake the quesillo in a bain marie)

5: Bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a knife and come out clean

6: let cool and refrigerate for a few hours and then place a plate on the platon and turn it to unmold.
