How else can the word STRESSED be defined?

I got home from work feeling stressed out mentally and physically, I guess that's the thing for me now. It was on a Friday, I got home at exactly 8:48 pm. My three uniforms were already dirty and I knew that I needed to wash at least one so that I would wear it to work on Saturday, I also needed to fetch water, and I needed to prepare dinner because I had not eaten all day apart from the snacks I had had earlier that day, I also needed to have my bath to wash out all the dirt my body had collected all through the day.

The first thing I did was to go to the kitchen, warm the soup and stew I had left, and prepare my swallow food. When it was ready, I decided to leave it to cool off for a bit while I went to fetch water that I would use in having my bath and washing my uniform.

After fetching the water, I went back to the room to take my soap dish and a towel. Before I left the room, I lay on the bed for a while replying to some WhatsApp messages. After replying to the messages, I said to myself that I should just relax for a few minutes, 3 mins max. As I lay there trying to gather strength before going to the bathroom, I did not know when I slept off.

I only realized that I had slept off when I woke up, I checked the time on my phone and it was exactly 1:45 am.

I woke up realizing that I had left my already prepared food in the kitchen untouched, the water I left in the bathroom was still there untouched, the uniform I wanted to wash was also there on the floor, and I did not have my bath.

Still feeling sleepy, I sluggishly got up and lazily took my uniform to the bathroom and had it washed. After doing that, I had my bath and returned to the room.

Those were the only things I did. On my way back to the room, I looked at the kitchen and just walked past it. There was no way I was going to eat the swallow food at 1:45 am, when would the food digest? I would only wake up with a bloated tummy.

That's how stressed I was.

I had to wake up the next morning at 6 am, I didn't bother going to have my bath again, I only brushed my teeth and left for work around 6:25 am, and Guess what??

The uniform was still wet and cold but I had no choice but to wear it like that.

I still feel stressed. I needed a job but not something that wouldn't give me the time to develop myself in the areas of my interest.

I should use this medium to apologize for not being as consistent as I used to be. I feel stressed and in other for me to think of something reasonable to write, my mind and brain needs to be in good condition.

One day at a time, this is temporary and would only be for a little while.
