It was a cold morning when our body clock wakes us up so early. It was a new morning, a new chance to live better and a new opportunity to thanks the Creator for His goodness.
My husband cooked food so early and decided to have a nature walk so early in the morning hoping to meet sunrise behind those trees. He wanted to instill particularly on me (because I am gaining so much weight lately) that walking is very possible early in the morning if I won't follow my laziness, lol.
He instructed us to take a bath early because for him it is better to take a bath first and then have a walk compared to have a walk first and take a bath after. Our body might be tired after walking so it is not good to take a bath after.
He took a bath first, followed by my son and me. Then we go outside and started to walk.
It was about 5:45 in the morning when we started to walk. We cannot see the sunshine yet at that time.
The great and wonderful Mt. Matutum seems welcomes us with its beauty. It seem it greeted us good morning showing its whole body with no clouds covering it.
We are all energetic this time as the walk just started. My son do the walk and run alternately.
After almost 5 minutes of walking, we can now see the rays of the sun trying to look at us across those trees. In some spot we can happily witness its beauty during the sunrise.
Look at it! The sun always amazes us with its beauty, with its sunshine either in sunrise or sunset.
We felt more energetic and we are enjoying the walk. My son also enjoys walking along the ground where there were marks of the big tires from the truck passing by in that road.
We reached in the end but before we are going left to continue our walk I noticed this road going down. I was curious about it and I told my husband that I wanted to go and check it down there. My son followed me and he enjoyed running going down.
It was a creek where the flood flows when it rains. I was amazed because it is wide and clean. I havent seen any garbage along the side. Anyway, no one lives near that area because it is sorrounded with a pineapple field.
Waterways from the pineapple field are connected in that creek so water is quite big when the heavy rains fall. For sure, no vehicle can passed through this road when there is flood.
I also noticed this tree which seems to have decorations as there are plants hanging in the tree and makes it beautiful.
We didn't stay long there and go up again and continued our walk. The sun shines brightly this time enough to give us a free dose of Vitamin D.
Look at Mt. Matutum in this angle. It is still beautiful. When you look at it in different sides, you can still see its amazing beauty.
The sun is partly up this time and we really enjoy walking with it. We were able to catch the free vitamin D it offers.
Before we ended our morning family walk, we had some pictures first. Oh my husband who is not fond of picture taking, look at him he seems not happy to face the camera, lol.
It is more than 20 minutes walk and we went home and the sun is already up.
It was a great morning that we were able to exercise, to have free dose of natural vitamin D and family bonding. A 3 in 1 walk.
This is my participation in the #wednesdaywalk challenge initiated by @tattoodjay.
