Hello everyone. For me, as a pastry lover, there is no better moment than when the smell of soft and warm pastries wafts out of the oven. 馃槉 Then I try to stop myself from eating it all, but it's hard because the pastries are so delicious that you can never eat just a little. I mostly make quick pastries that don't require a lot of effort and the taste is always perfect. You simply cannot go wrong with preparation.

So, let's start. 馃槉

For this pastry you need about 300g of fresh spinach, which you can soak for a few minutes in hot water to make it easier to chop.

Prepare a deep bowl in which you will make the dough. For the dough, you will need 40g of fresh yeast and half a teaspoon of sugar.

Then measure 250ml of milk and heat it up a little.

Pour lukewarm milk and mix with yeast and sugar.

Then add two teaspoons of salt.

You will also need 3 eggs.

Break them up and add to the mixture.

Then add 200g of cheese.

Chopped spinach.

And stir the mixture.

Gradually add flour until you knead a soft and smooth dough.

IMG_20221113_142959.jpg

You can put any kind of flour you want. I put wheat flour.

IMG_20221113_144257.jpg

When you knead the dough, leave it to rise for half an hour.

IMG_20221113_144400.jpg

In half an hour, the dough doubled its volume.

IMG_20221113_153002.jpg

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a large circle.

IMG_20221113_153733.jpg

Now take out pieces of dough with a glass.

IMG_20221113_153840.jpg

This dough makes a lot of pastry, so if it is for a smaller number of people, make half the mixture.

IMG_20221113_154027.jpg

Put the pastries on the baking paper in the baking pan

IMG_20221113_154606.jpg

Coat them with whipped egg yolk.

IMG_20221113_154727.jpg

And sprinkle with sesame seeds.

IMG_20221113_154914.jpg

Bake them for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.

And enjoy! 馃槉

This pastry is best when warm. The crust is crispy and the inside is very soft. You can't eat just one. It's hard to stop. 馃槉

Thank you very much for reading.

The images and writing are original and mine.

Greetings!
