Yesterday I logged 10,282 steps on Actifit, roughly 300 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was HOT September day, one of the hottest days in a long time. I spent much of the day inside at the computer. In the evening I took a short walk around town with Finley. Her sisters Scarlett and Tini stayed home because they’re both healing up from their surgeries.
