All Venezuelan to see this image will be identified, because this is or was the typical snack, breakfast, dinner or even the savior of many at dawn to stop with hunger or arriving from a rumba.
A "bread with cheese" as they usually call it here, the simplest and quickest snack to make, which you can fill with everything you get in the fridge, from the traditional with ham and cheese, to the "dietetics" with tomato, onion and lettuce, even the most exquisite with turkey, chop or meat and of course the most greasy and ambitious stuffings of all the above mentioned.
This sandwich undoubtedly became an emblem of the Venezuelan informal gastronomy.
