Well guys, I managed to get some steps today but had to let go of my goal of 10k!
I worked a full day (sitting) then we had a long drive to the college town where my daughter lives and goes to school (sitting), then we had a nice dinner at an outdoor patio (sitting) and then a long drive back (sitting).
But it was wirth it. We had a fun family get together for my twins’ birthday!
