This was one of the most beautiful weekends ever. If you have never experienced the phenomenon I am about to describe, then you will just have to take my word for it that it’s magical.
It goes like this. It is a winter day. There is a good layer of snow on the ground, and the sun has come out and is shining brightly on the snow. You absolutely must wear sunglasses or be blinded. The temperature is just below freezing, and very comfortable with a layer or two, including gloves. And it is dazzling. The world sparkles. It is truly amazing when these perfect conditions occur.
I have several pictures to share from my walk at the dog park in beautiful sunshine. As you will see, my dog Zoey loves to chase a ball. (That's what she has in her mouth in the picture where she is walking across a wooden bridge and the one where she is running on a path toward the camera.)
