I took few pictures I was happy with on my evening walk. I worked late (again!) but it was such a beautiful night that I had to take a break to walk the trails before it got too late. More and more I am racing the setting sun!
My first picture is of a cyclist on the path, with a canopy of trees showing some early fall color.
The next needs no introduction. It was one of the tallest and most colorful trees on this little stretch of path.
Next is a hillside festooned with some kind of white grass.
And finally, I took one rather dark and mysterious picture of my return walk, when night was falling. You could just see the last light in the sky and a bike headlight coming toward me on the path, but I deleted it because it kept appearing as the primary picture for this post!
But i thought that was interesting. Even though it was nearly dark, I had several joggers and cyclists pass me while I was heading back to the office.
