• 1 kl. chicken (any parts)
• 2 pieces dried bay leaves
• 1 tbsp peppercorn
• 5 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 piece onion (minced)
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup cooking oil
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
