When it comes to executing, the work of hiring the right people in the right places it boils down on the business leader to make a choice. Who will he pick as the best addition to his business crew. What we often see in the world today is that people who do not know how to perform the critical day to day activities of the business are mostly entrenched and sometimes no one gets to train them on what to do.
What we often see is people getting a job they are not fit for and when no result is seen, it kinda kills the whole idea in the first place.

So that way you collect information from different sources and you are drinking water from different
systems and that will accumulate into what eventually you get to do.
We are currently in a world where people are on the social media giving unsolicited advices all in the name of content creation and making themselves in the position of advicers, career, motivators and all sorts of influencers
These influences are coming to your view, to your eyes and you are picking them up and you are doing.
You are doing what they say, even whether you like it or not. As long as the algorithm picks on you to show these things to you, you are going to eventually
do them.
Now, would you rather employ someone who knows what he is doing and who can deliver on a job offered?
And who has a track record of things he has done before or the person who only shows you a placard, a certificate but have no proven record of achievements?
You don't know how this person has handled their own situations.
Take for instance, a person who is giving an advice based on marital settlements. Most of these people may not do exactly what they suggest in marriage.
They only bring their ideas based on generally accepted norms, or things read from books
that they themselves have not been able to even put into good practice.
It is rather important to approach a well-read, well-practiced counselor, or as we do have
these days, pastors, clergies who can bring advice.
You are not just trying to learn someone you don't know their ways.
They will advice you on matters to bear based on their experiences and their everydaypractice and in-depth knowledge of these things, this way you have simply employed someone with
excuse and a proven record rather than employ someone who only has the name

This also plays out well in the medical field where we see different people calling themselves doctors.
They probably read an affiliated course, but because they want to be seen as doctors, they take up dangerous activities such as treating people as if they were medical doctors
and people were not descerning or conscious of these things and they submitted themselves to be used as lab rats.
To the detriment of their health and their system, they eventually come down to worse complications
that brings them back to the hospital where they eventually see real doctors after the harm has been done.
A lot of them get to lose their lives. However, the culprit goes scot-free.
Again, the question is posed to you. "Would you rather let someone who has the name fix you or someone who is actually playing the game?
