When looking through most sites talking about this say it give no profit . But how true it this statement ?

I just wanted to quickly say that most people are not quite aware that mining profit calculators show data only current price and difficulty . What does it mean? It means that you are obviously not going to sell the coins if you really want to make a profit out of it and not be a total idiot.
