100% of what you don't try.

My life experience has taught me that trying to achieve what you dream of is key. Not doing it doesn't really protect you, it just ensures that you don't have the opportunity to achieve it. Because with the attempt, obviously, the possibility of failure opens up, but in the same way it opens up the possibility of achieving what you want. When you stay paralyzed there is only failure and regret, what would have happened if the moments of uncertainty, of losses, of fear, in which it is very easy to ask: and now what do we do?

That's exactly what I was thinking about today. Reinventing yourself sounds very nice when you say it from a stage. But in real life, reinventing yourself often starts when something is over, when a plan fell through, when it's time to start over without having the slightest idea how.

And that's where that strength that we so often forget that we have appears. We've been doing this all our lives.

We have rebuilt homes, families, businesses, careers, relationships and, most of all, we have rebuilt ourselves.

Not because we are invincible or because we are not afraid, but because even with fear we have learned to keep walking. And maybe today we can't solve everything, but we can decide what we do with the little piece of the world that touches us. How we talk, how we sustain, how we work, how we help, how we start over.

Big changes almost never start out being big. They start with someone who, in the midst of difficulty, decides not to let go.

And today I want to say especially to my people who always read me in this community, let's not underestimate the power we have to get back up.We've done it before. Because learning to live with the mistake, but without stopping trying to find solutions is an approach that undoubtedly connects us with progress.

Fear that is not analyzed turns into paralysis and turns us into bitter people. When we face challenges we grow, we learn, even if we don't achieve the goal we usually end up in a better position than where we started.

Sometimes giving our best is not enough. Sometimes we think that giving our best is enough, however, there are things that do not depend on our effort, such as feelings. We can do everything to make someone love us and it won't be enough if there wasn't a basic bond before. We can take care of a relationship, but not build something in a healthy way when the other person is not in tune with one…

That effort that does not give results is not an indicator that we are not worth it, or that there is any problem with us. Sometimes you just can't, accepting it hurts but it frees... Like with the shoes, if it's tight there it's not.

This is not an invitation to jump into everything without measuring risks, or to act impulsively. It is about evaluating what is desired and what is needed to achieve it, moving in that direction, not giving up what we are looking for because the conditions are not ideal.
