Serenity Time
I live in an environment that demands a lot of my attention and my time, in its magic of transforming everything heavy into the light. In these circumstances it is vital for me to keep in mind what are my goals and actions that I must execute to achieve them, (a mixture of hope + if possible + taking action) because when an alleged emergency arises or someone tries to take me out of my plan, it is relevant to be able to quickly assess my situation and have the opportunity to say “NO”, without any feeling of guilt or shame.
Why?
Because if I waste them on tasks that are not aligned with my plans, then later I will have nothing to move forward with because my goals are much more important than those of others, therefore, I prioritize my commitments and responsibilities.
Faced with the avalanche of commitments that assault me daily, it is when I remember that I cannot buy time and that time is finite, as well as the energies that embrace me. It is a true mission that empowers me to "resist", I have spent my life in its search, could it be that it is so obvious what goes unnoticed? And I join this typical saying of "hallway rumor” that says“ "the one who is clearly in the for what? From his walk, he is not distracted by the noise caused by his step” I had a line manager (he is already in the heavenly Eden) who also told me “be sagas, scale positions, and get over yourself without running over others”.
That's good advice. Waiting for things to clear up. Waiting, because, perhaps, my perceptions were wrong, because perhaps I am facing a situation where I feel overwhelmed, offended, afraid, or, perhaps also, it is an opportunity to grow, to gain a new experience, to show what I am To Not miss the opportunities to give my best, but also to learn, reflect, set extraordinary goals, and whenever possible, wait with serenity time, patient and then decide.
What happens if I make it?
If I don't try, I'll never know. Many of us arrived at the golden age after the decade of the 50s, and 60s, we became bigger people (Big senior workers, close to retirement), and we don't even know what our life mission is!! Yeah, the mission, life purpose, or imaginable possible. How to get to that? It comes when wisdom and your inner peace act and decide with equanimity, respect, and good faith to defend the time you should allocate to dedicate to your primary tasks.
It has been and is the voluntary work of taming my "stubborn Bull" to learn to accept situations that I cannot change, to surrender, and to continue in peace without wasting away by investing all my vital energy.
Not only that, but it has been the habit of educating my thoughts to foster a calm and calm mental attitude. Likewise, it is the skill that has been gifted to me for so many years as a university teacher, and leader, where my duty and commitment is to maintain or be calm regardless of the realities that are lived. Furthermore, it has been the fruit of so many years close to morning yoga, the same upbringing of my daughters to learn to live the present, letting go of the past, over and over again, and without putting pressure on myself for the future.
For those moments in life when we cannot speed things up; when everything seems to be against us, and we see threats everywhere, it is preferable to wait for a little, before reacting.
But life is like that. Full of freeways, but also obstacles
Quite rightly, there is a piece of advice that goes something like this: "When you feel upset or insecure, do not make decisions." Take your part, and do not let yourself be confused. Remember, one step at a time, attend to one issue at a time. Whatever else is expected and don't let the environment slow down your commitments. It brings out the best in you. Fill up with strength and keep looking for your destiny. Don't get sidetracked.
