I was, am and will be hyper-vigilant.And today I can say it without shame and without wanting to change who I am. Because hypervigilance was also a way of learning to be attentive, to read the world, to anticipate ourselves, to take care, to perceive what others did not see.

And yes... hypervigilants bring good things to the world. Too good, I would say. We have a special sensitivity. An enormous capacity to perceive, accompany, sustain, create and protect.

Having said that, and still being extremely attentive, I didn't accomplish everything I set out to do this year, and yet, I feel like I grew more than ever. I started this year with a lot of certainty, and growing doesn't always mean doing more.

Sometimes it means doing better and making what we do is really meaningful. This year I had several personal commitments, it was about giving continuity to my projects to achieve the objectives. The original plan I had was not fulfilled. And, oddly enough, I feel satisfied with the unrealized.

I decided along the way, in my process to put my focus on accompanying some of my most important clients in strategic and transcendental objectives for this year, still in progress.

I decided to relax my gait in the face of the rigidity of the road. The priorities on the checklist impacted on the quantity, and that is also to grow.

Today I understand that exponential growth is not always measured in the number of clients, in projects or things to be done. It is also measured in the quality of what has been achieved, and in the significance of what we have managed to transform.

Therefore, if there is something that makes me feel really proud is to be able to tell those who trust in my projects is that my greatest credibility is in the results achieved by the people I advise. I think the best strategy in the end is when to know how to change the plan so as not to lose the purpose.

It's about being connected to the source of who we are. Of the rest, in the hiding place where we are no one will be able to suck our light. There is a gift, there is a something, everyone can already see that in you, only if you dare. Without immediately feeling that we have to give it back, and without thinking that someone expects something from us in return. Because receiving is also a way of trusting. This is a journey. It is not solved overnight. And as we go through it, I deeply thank all the hypervigilants that exist around us.

How lucky to have them. But also how important it is to learn to take care of each other. Because those of us who have learned to take care of others for so long also need to learn something new to let them take care of us, and perhaps that's where another way of living begins to choose flexibility, and to act not from alertness, but from trust without controlling or imposing.
