How many times have you called a stage 鈥漜haos" that you simply still can't understand?.

Sometimes it's not that your life is in chaos. Is that we are trying to sustain a relationship that hurts us, a decision that we have been postponing or maybe, it is a version of us that no longer represents us. And while we're in the midst of all that, it's hard to see clearly. What part of our life feels messy today? I'm talking about that part that we're avoiding looking at because we have what we might discover.

I am one of those who thinks that the one who needs strategy to deal with others, masks a conflict with others. Ask yourself: Strategy for what? Advantage over who?

Notice, when our way of linking, includes: calculations, positions and master moves, the reality is that we are not playing chess with people, and in that game even the one who wins ends up alone, surrounded by chess pieces, instead of people.

And how does one relate to someone who is truly at peace with himself? Simple, he says what he thinks with respect, shows what he knows without boasting, recognizes what he ignores without shame, and lets everyone draw their conclusions, without generating so much chaos.

That transparency has a power that genuinely makes people trust us, because what we see is what there is.

And trust is achieved with consistency between what we think, say and do. Many times I have heard people say, 鈥滻 like that they think I am stupid or gross; you have to let them think that "Sorry, but how can anyone like that others have that image of him or her? Why bother trying to make the world think he's an idiot? And even worse, to do it with the intention of hiding their cunning to take advantage of others.

I have no idea what goes through the head of people who act like this, because there is no need to appear to be more than anyone, but also to pretend to be less. When someone uses this strategy to manipulate or take advantage of others, he ends up showing an dishonest attitude and leaves a bad impression of himself.

The best thing is to show yourself as you are: with virtues and defects. Let's not allow ourselves to be trampled, but let's not try to do it to others either.

Authenticity, respect and integrity will always be worth more than any game of appearances.

In addition, in this game of masks, it is the ego disguised as serenity when in reality what he keeps thinking is, who is up or down when he shouldn't even care, the ego to act different just because he must appear something that he is not.

Maybe we don't need to have all the answers now. But we can begin to ask ourselves the right questions and allow ourselves to receive help to sort out the emotional chaos of what we are feeling. What seems like chaos today may eventually make sense.
