Spinach is very much nutritious and contains lots of vitamin.It is an annual leafy vegetables. Winter is the best season for its production.Again in the winter temperate regions its productivity is high.It grows upto 12 cm.Today I will enjoy my lunch very much.It will be cooked with small lobsters.
