[ Esp - Eng ] A tu regreso | Poema

A tu regreso
termina la larga espera
que tenía el tiempo
detenido en un caracol,
de su laberíntico espiral
pude escapar
cuando te vi regresar.

A tu regreso
escapó la tristeza
que tenía mi alma
amordazada al pasado,
saltó por la ventana
y me liberó
de tu olvido.

A tu regreso
las sombras huyeron
por la puerta
al ver tu silueta,
y al sentir tus pasos
aproximarse
se fueron sin despedirse.

A tu regreso
ya no eras la misma,
y yo soy otro,
un abismo en el tiempo
nos separó,
pero un suspiro tuyo
erizó mi piel.

A tu regreso
todo es tan diferente
que a veces dudo
si tu retorno a mi
es un sueño,
o una quimera etérea
extraviada en el presente.

A tu regreso
las penas
se escaparon
sin dejar rastro,
y sus pasos en el polvo
llevan a ninguna parte,
porque regresaste a mí.

A tu regreso
todo parece como antes,
aunque no eres la misma
a pesar del tiempo
que nos mantuvo alejados,
pero aun percibo tu sutil
perfume, mi amada soledad.

On your return
ends the long wait
that had time
stopped in a snail,
from its labyrinthine spiral
I was able to escape
when I saw you return.

On your return
escaped the sadness
that had my soul
gagged to the past,
jumped out of the window
and freed me
from your oblivion.

Upon your return
the shadows fled
through the door
at the sight of your silhouette
and when they felt your footsteps
approaching
they left without saying goodbye.

When you came back
you were no longer the same,
and I am another,
an abyss in time
separated us,
but a sigh from you
made my skin bristle.

Upon your return
everything is so different
that sometimes I doubt
if you return to me
is a dream
or an ethereal chimera
lost in the present.

On your return
the sorrows
escaped
without a trace,
and your footsteps in the dust
lead nowhere,
because you came back to me.

Upon your return
everything seems like before,
although you are not the same
despite the time
that kept us apart,
but I still perceive your subtle
perfume, my beloved solitude.
