Good citizens need to remain alert lest dangerous ideas start to spread. Without government, our society would collapse into gang warfare. Opposition to government is evidence of immaturity, and anyone who claims otherwise is suffering from a delayed development disorder. To help clarify this obvious statement for anyone who is still a bit slow on the uptake, here are some examples.
Not childish: "I need to govern you by political proxy."
Not childish: "I need to be governed by someone else."
Not childish: "That's wrong because a politician wrote a law saying it was illegal."
Childish: "I need to govern myself, interact with others only through mutual voluntary consent, and not trespass against the equal rights of others."
