New Belgium Mountain Time Premium Lager is a mild beer with 4.4% ABV and no bitterness to speak of. It's definitely a step up from Bud/Miller/Coors, but I would have to rank it below the Pelican Pilsner from last week's post.
Give it a try though, as your mileage may vary, and it is a good pairing with these tacos fabricated by 
Fridays are typically a game and movie night at the home of a mutual friend, and since I acquired a large quantity of street taco tortillas for free thanks to grocery store overstocks, we decided to plan a Friday fiesta.

I know I have done a bad job with posting lately, but I have an excuse: Cyber Monday Steam Sales! I got the DLC for West of Loathing, and it is awesome. However, it also distracts from posting. Just look at these cutting-edge graphics.
