Qué día tan loco el de hoy. Salí de la barbería y, en lugar de relajarme, decidí tener un día de descanso activo. Me sentí bien al mover mi cuerpo un poco. Calenté todas mis articulaciones con una banda de resistencia y luego hice algunas flexiones. Tenía que hacerlo rápido porque hoy tengo que regresar a la barbería más temprano de lo habitual.
Hello, beautiful SWC community and all my HIVE colleagues, I hope you're all doing well. It's a pleasure to share my new post with you today. I hope you enjoy it.
What a crazy day today. I left the barbershop and, instead of relaxing, decided to have an active rest day. It felt good to move my body a bit. I warmed up all my joints with a resistance band and then did some push-ups. I had to do it quickly because I have to return to the barbershop earlier than usual today.
Por lo general, los fines de semana trato de entrenar, pero esta semana ha sido imposible. No puedo entrenar la rutina de pecho hoy. Me siento muy fatigado, y sé que si entreno de esa forma no obtendré buenos resultados. El entrenamiento de calistenia es muy importante para mí y por eso me siento un poco frustrado.
Lo que me frustra aún más es que no podré entrenar freestyle hoy, ya que la barra se dañó. Además, no contamos con más barras para entrenar y por eso me toca esperar. Me molesta no poder entrenar hoy, pero sé que el descanso es necesario para mi cuerpo. Así que trataré de tener paciencia.
Usually, I try to train on the weekends, but this week it's been impossible. I can't train my chest routine today. I feel very fatigued, and I know if I train that way, I won't get good results. Calisthenics training is very important to me, and that's why I'm feeling a little frustrated.
What frustrates me even more is that I won't be able to train freestyle today because the barbell is damaged. Also, we don't have any more bars to train with, so I have to wait. I'm upset about not being able to train today, but I know my body needs rest. So I'll try to be patient.
A pesar de todo, trato de mantenerme positivo. El ejercicio es mi pasión y sé que necesito darle a mi cuerpo el descanso que necesita. La próxima semana será diferente. Me aseguraré de recuperar la energía para el lunes y estaré listo para entrenar con todo.
Despite everything, I'm trying to stay positive. Exercise is my passion, and I know I need to give my body the rest it needs. Next week will be different. I'll make sure I'm recharged by Monday and ready to train hard.
Además, tuve la oportunidad de hablar con mis amigos sobre el tema y me comentaron que el descanso es una parte crucial del proceso de entrenamiento. Me dieron varios consejos sobre cómo aprovechar este tiempo para fortalecer mi mente y mi cuerpo de otras maneras. Me siento un poco mejor sabiendo que no estoy solo en esto y que mi frustración es algo normal.
I also had a chance to talk to my friends about the topic, and they told me that rest is a crucial part of the training process. They gave me several tips on how to use this time to strengthen my mind and body in other ways. I feel a little better knowing I'm not alone in this and that my frustration is normal.
