Farmers are happy people.
We live in a generation where young people think that farmers are frustrated and poor. They feel that farming is an occupation for the old and unfortunate village dwellers. But that's not the truth. Farmers are happy people who produces the food we all eat to be alive.

Problems farmers face.
Farmers face a lot of problems ranging from Land, which is the main capital. Land is one major challenges farmers face. Without land it becomes difficult for famers to farm. And the is money , most interested persons who want to farm don't have enough money to acquire land, machines and improved seedlings. Other challenges include, pest control, and storage.
A neighbor's goat destroyed my yam yesterday I felt sad but it's one of the challenges farmers face.

Importance of keeping a little farm/garden.
Self subsistence farming is the type of farming system where farmers produce food just enough for the farmer and his/her household maybe a little to sell out.
Having enough food to feed oneself and family without having to buy from the market is one big important for keeping a little farm.
Another important fact about keeping a farm or garden allows one to eat fresh food always and not just fresh food but food with zero or less preservatives which would enhance better health.
