It's a reunion with my couple friends, and they requested that I'll make a lasagna. It's my second time, and I don't have the chance to make one at home because we don't have a huge oven to make one. Back then when I made a lasagna, there's a ready-made sauce to be added with meat and other ingredients. This time, it's pure meat and diced tomatoes. I also made Beschamel sauce, and I'm not sure if I made the right one.
When the lasagna is currently baking in the oven, we played UNO cards which we had a lot of fun because of the bloopers. We also played Articulate, as seen in the picture.
Finally, the lasagna was already baked, and the seemingly hard and burned surface is intentional. We liked it a bit burned with some crisps on it. Everyone liked it, even the hardest to please in the group. The blending of mozarella and cheddar cheese, along with Beschamel sauce made it tastes better.
