This weekend, we traveled to Dagupan to attend the sign language meeting. After enjoying lunch together, we stayed behind to assist one of my wife's deaf students while she waited for her bus. It turned out to be quite a long wait, taking over an hour before a bus heading to her destination finally arrived and she was safely on her way. To make the weekend even more special, our sign language congregation surprised us by hosting a beautiful farewell party to send us off.
