The Guidelines for a healthy diet, published by the National Institute of Nutrition, illustrate the important rules to keep and protect our health and physical well-being.
I think it is important that they are acquired and made available to users, as they are the basis from which we start to learn how to eat well and figure out if you eat well.
Here we are summarized below:
control their body weight;
moderate the consumption of fat, especially those of animal origin;
use of fat dressing preferably raw, limiting frying and prolonged cooking and reuse of already cooked fats;
read nutrition labels of food products, in order to assess the actual nutritional intake;
regular consumption of bread, pasta, rice, biscuits and other grains, preferably whole, in order to enrich the supply of fiber;
consume more daily servings of fruits and vegetables and make use of legumes;
limit the amount of food and sweet drinks, not to exceed in take in sugar;
limit the use of salt on the table, preferring herbs and spices;
moderate the use of alcoholic beverages;
vary systematically and rationally different foods experienced in the course of the day
