Our opinion about this documentary is that we totally agree on the part of ''processed'' food.
We think that quality costs money. That's how the world works and that's fine.
This is how we see it food :
cheap/dry = progressive
expensive/dry = fast progressive
expensive/plesure = regressive
cheap/pleasure = fast regressive
What's pleasure food?
- When dopamine raises for a short period a.k.a sugar
- When serotonin raises for a short period a.k.a trans fat

- High protein low sugar
