We have a quick and unplanned birthday lunch together with one of our dear friends who is celebrating her special day as well.
Getting together on short notice is really good in some ways. Those abrupt and spontaneous decisions had good results too.
She prepared some homie comfort food for us. Even though we are not in complete attendance. We are still able to celebrate her special day in a simple way as we can with all those DIY cute decorations to have a lively surroundings on her day.
WE are so lucky that she's a good cook even on the simplest menu. We are able to have a high end food birthday lunch experience. She had some cupcakes and a small cake that she ordered online! Thanks to our superheroes with helmets and motorbikes out there! Saving our ass always when in time of food emergency.
We ended up having the best karaoke session after lunch. It was a great mini get together indeed!
