THE DRIVING SPIRIT

Every step we take in life either taken on the right or wrong way! It's either you take that forward step to success or backward step to failure....
The driving spirit works with vit D (determination & perseverance) ....each one of us had that spirit or still have it.... for a few others it's depreciating by the day! We do not need others to motivate us everytime...
Oneday you might lose that connection to that motivation and grow cold, But self motivation, determination and perseverance will conquer every challenges you will face on this journey to 5diamond. Self motivation and discipline requires delayed gratification :the ability to put off satisfaction in the short term in order to enjoy greater rewards in the long term!
THINK LONG TERM. The most successful people are long term thinkers. They look into they future as far as they can to determine the kind of people they want to become and the goals they want to achieve, they then come back to the present and determine the things they will have to do or not to achieve their desired futures.
SACRIFICE. The most important word in long term thinking is sacrifice, you see willingness to sacrifice in people who spend many hours and even years preparing, studying and upgrading their skills to make themselves more valuable.... every choice you make is a statement about your true values and priorities, at each moment, you choose what is more important or of higher value to you over what is less important or of lesser value.
PRACTICE THE VALUES YOU RESPECT. You develop value by practicing dem whenever they are called for. "Circumstances do not make d man; they merely reveal him to himself" so whatever challenges we face now is a revelation of you to yourself!
