Hello everyone and all members of the Black and White Community, how are you friends today? I hope and pray that all of us are always given health, happiness and ease in this life. We all know that life on Earth is getting tougher and more dangerous. Every day, we always get bad news, war, human trafficking, narcotics and various other things that make us always alert every day.

Even though the world is in dire condition, every day we always get the best black and white photos from this community. This time, I also want to participate in this community and share the best black and white photos that I take. This is my entry for the #monomad challenge, hosted and curated by monochromes@monochromes.

Since I have worked until now. I always get work assignments to document the activities our agency does. Some of the photos are still well preserved because I always try to keep those memories. Several years ago, I worked as a facilitator for a community group in a remote village in North Tapanuli Regency. The work was very memorable for me, because I almost stayed for a few weeks to see and oversee the construction process of the Dam which will later be used as a Microhydro power plant.

Some of these activities are still stored and the photo quality is still very optimal. I'm trying to convert them into black and white photos and share them with all of my friends.
