Hello everyone in this beautiful community of black and white photography lovers. Today I'm sharing some photos from the last triathlon I attended. Due to slow internet, it's taken me a while to post this.

I wasn't planning to go to this event because it was so far away… but a friend of mine was competing and he got me excited because he lent me a lens I've always wanted to use: the Canon 70-200 f/2.8 with a 1.4x extender. That effectively turns it into a 90-280 f/4. Just imagine that on my Canon 5D Mark III. A dream piece of gear I've always longed for.

Anyway. For those who don't know, triathlon is a sport that combines three disciplines: swimming, cycling, and running. This particular one was a sprint distance (750m swim + 20km bike + 5km run), although there are longer distances depending on the category.

I hope you like the images. I made them with love. Personally, I love the transitions between sports. I look forward to your comments and opinions. Best regards.
