Tasting a Classic Colombian Coffee
When the afternoon is cold and rainy there is no better option than enjoying a rich coffee full of incredible flavour and a delicious aroma, so I decided to turn on the cooker and venture out to try a famous foreign coffee. For this occasion we will go to the flavours of the Colombian countryside, a nation famous for growing a high quality coffee, which is characterized by a balanced flavour and a robust body, this time we chose the brand Aroma, which is widely used by the people of that nation and, therefore, is a popular and widely used coffee.

For the preparation of a coffee that we are about to learn about, the best option is to opt for the recommendations given by the manufacturer, which are normally found on the back of the packaging, which in this case are very simple, since using a traditional cloth strainer, All we have to do is place a tablespoon of coffee for each cup of water inside the strainer, and then pour the liquid inside while making circular movements with the spoon, so that all the flavour and aroma of the coffee is perfectly released and arrives in its entirety in our cups.
While brewing this coffee, the first thing you can appreciate is its deep aroma, which just by closing our eyes transports us directly to the immensity of the Colombian countryside, in it we can feel the daily life of an entire nation, the rudeness of the peasant work and the love of the Colombian family.
Café Aroma is synonymous with nationalism, tradition and a strong but exquisite taste, which gives us a balanced acidity, little sweetness and a great style, which makes it the ideal companion for a morning coffee, to share with friends or in this case to cope with a cold, cloudy and rainy afternoon, where we need a touch of warmth and Aroma to sweeten our lives.
My experience with this coffee of Colombian roots was very satisfactory, therefore, I remain with the immense curiosity to know many other brands, for this way to be able to compare them with each other and at the same time to feel the existing differences with the coffees cultivated in my country, that is why I will be attentive to my next visits to the market, for this way to be able to buy some other coffee that calls my attention and that allows me to dream in the Colombian style.
