Climate change is undoubtedly an undeniable reality, last December we lived one of the hottest Christmases I can remember, also January continued with the same tone, but the first days of February surprised us by giving us low temperatures, lots of fog and big blizzards, but passes the second week of this month everything became crazy, the cold and heat seems to be in a constant war, which has resulted in very strange days where one does not know what to expect. But despite these natural variations our lives continue and it is necessary to move forward in our daily activities, that is why we must be prepared for all circumstances, it is in this way that today I got up with much encouragement to perform several errands, At 6 am the thermometer marked 15 degrees Celsius, but when I reached my first stop at the Plaza Candelaria in the north center of the city and the sun began to heat up very intensely.

Caminando Bajo el Sol de la Ciudad

El cambio climático es sin duda alguna una realidad innegable, el diciembre pasado vivimos una de las Navidades más calurosas que puedo recordar, además el mes de enero continuo con la misma tónica, pero los primeros días de febrero nos sorprendieron al regalarnos bajas temperaturas, mucha neblina y grandes ventiscas, pero pasa a la segunda semana de este mes todo se volvió una locura, el frío y el calor pareciera estar en una guerra constante, lo cual ha dado como resultado días muy extraños en donde uno no sabe qué esperar. Pero a pesar de estas variaciones naturales nuestras vidas continúan y es necesario seguir adelante en nuestras actividades cotidianas, es por ello que debemos estar preparados para todas las circunstancias, es de esta forma como el día de hoy me levanté con mucho ánimo a realizar varias diligencias, A las 6 de la mañana el termómetro marcaba 15 grados centígrados, pero al llegar a mi primera parada en la Plaza Candelaria en el centro norte de la ciudad ya el sol comenzaba a calentar con mucha intensidad.

Little by little the morning would turn into noon and my day continued non-stop, walking from one place to another performing various tasks, but trying to maintain serenity and enjoying the most of the streets, squares and avenues of my favorite city. Around 01:00pm I was already in the vicinity of Plaza Venezuela, a space that is characterized by being highly crowded, as it has become the meeting point of various avenues, highways and subway systems, which keeps the whole area all with vibrant and moving spirit, creating a warm atmosphere and at the same time with a touch of stress.

Poco a poco la mañana se convertiría en mediodía y mi jornada continuaba sin parar, caminaba de un lugar a otro realizando diversas tareas, pero tratando de mantener la serenidad y disfrutando al máximo de las calles, plazas y avenidas de mi ciudad favorita. Sobre la 01:00pm de la tarde ya me encontraba en las inmediaciones de la Plaza Venezuela, un espacio que se caracteriza por ser altamente concurrido, ya que se ha convertido en el punto de encuentro de diversas avenidas autopistas y sistemas subterráneos, lo cual mantiene a toda la zona todos con espíritu vibrante y movido, generando un ambiente caluroso y al mismo tiempo con un toque de estrés

But despite the huge amount of people circulating around me and an inclement sun that burned the skin I could continue with my day keeping a spirit of complete tranquility, because stressing is useless and it is proven that it generates more consequences than benefits, that is why my mind was focused on fulfilling the tasks I had proposed and at the same time make enough steps to cover my daily quota and thus be sure that my body would remain active and exercised. This is how I was able to face a convulsive day, but full of goals accomplished, many steps taken and several images captured, which show the daily reality of a city that is characterized by being in constant movement and with a spirit full of energy and vitality.

Pero a pesar de la cantidad enorme de personas que circulaban a mi alrededor y un inclemente sol que quemaba la piel yo pude continuar con mi jornada manteniendo un espíritu de plena tranquilidad, ya que estresarse no sirve de nada y está comprobado que genera más consecuencias que beneficios, es por ello que mi mente se concentraba en cumplir las tareas que tenía propuestas y al mismo tiempo realizar bastantes pasos para poder cubrir mi cuota diaria y así estar seguros de que mi cuerpo se mantendría activo y ejercitado. Es de esta forma como pude afrontar un día convulso, pero lleno de metas cumplidas, bastantes pasos realizados y diversas imágenes capturadas, que demuestran la realidad cotidiana de una ciudad que se caracteriza por mantenerse en constante movimiento y con un espíritu lleno de energía y vitalidad.
