Rutina para PRINCIPIANTES. Pecho, Tr铆ceps, Hombro y algo de Core

Routine for BEGINNERS. Chest, Triceps, Shoulder and some Core

Espa帽ol
English
Hello my people of the #HIVE and #SWC community. This time I want to share with you a BEGINNER Routine that will be focused on some upper body muscles, which I mention in the title. This routine is in CIRCUIT mode, that is, we will perform a series of exercises consecutively, only resting 30 seconds between them; and at the end of the circuit, we rest for 2 to 3 minutes depending on fatigue. Then we proceed to repeat the circuit 2 more times for a total of 3 series. Without further ado, let's go to the video.

FLEXIONES ABIERTAS
WIDE PUSH UPS

Imagen1.png

Y si quieren bajar m谩s, queda a criterio personal.
To perform this progression, we are going to place our arms a little more than shoulder width apart. We go down in a controlled manner and come up a little fast. The correct way to perform it is to go down until our elbows mark an angle of 90 degrees and that they are looking backwards, not outwards, because if we do it that way we can hurt our shoulders. And if you want to go lower, it is up to you.

FLEXIONES DIAMANTE
DIAMOND PUSH-UPS

Imagen2.png

As the name of the progression says, we are going to place our hands in such a way that we form a Diamond. The same principles apply as the previous progression, the elbows should form 90 degrees when lowering and should always face backwards.

FLEXIONES DECLINADAS
DECLINED PUSH-UPS

Imagen3.png

For this progression we are going to place our feet on some slightly high surface, as seen in the picture. We apply the same principles, lower until the elbows are at a 90-degree angle and are always facing backwards.

FLEXIONES REGULARES
REGULAR PUSH-UPS

Imagen4.png

These are the conventional push-ups, the ones we all do when we start in this discipline. Arms shoulder width apart, lower until the elbows are at a 90-degree angle and always facing backwards.

FONDOS
DIPS

For this progression we will need parallel bars. We position ourselves as shown in the image, we make a slight scapular protraction, activate abdomen and tighten the legs, lower until our elbows mark an angle of 90 degrees, elbows looking back to avoid discomfort, if you feel you can go lower, do it, it will guarantee increased strength in thrust elements, yes, be careful because at first, if we do not have good flexibility in the Deltoids (shoulders) we can get to feel discomfort.

FLEXIONES INCLINADAS
INCLINE PUSH-UPS

These push-ups work much more the lower part of the pectorals, in case you want aesthetic results, these push-ups will guarantee you more volume in the lower part of the pectoral as I mentioned before. Unlike the declined push-ups, we will perform these with our arms on a slightly high surface, approximately at the height of our knees. Same principles, we lower until the elbows mark 90 degrees and always trying to look backwards.

MANTENER FLEXI脫N ABAJO
KEEP BENDING DOWN

Imagen7.png

One of the most used progressions when it comes to isometric strength gain. This will guarantee an increase in resistance and strengthening of tendons and joints. To perform it, we perform the eccentric part of the elbow flexion, that is to say, the lower part, and we maintain the posture.
