Making Toast with Lavash Bread
Good morning everyone, good evening if you are reading evening. While I was getting ready for breakfast this morning, I wanted to shoot the preparation stages. I don't always prepare it this way. But when the weather was very hot in the summer, I didn't feel like eating, so I was preparing tiny toast bread. Now, when I had lavash bread at home, I wanted to evaluate it in this way.
There are thin doughs sold in 12 pieces like this in the markets, which are a kind of baked bread, but a little thicker than phyllo. These are used for making wraps-burritos. But I also use it as toast for breakfast because it is filling. How? Let me tell you 馃
This is what a leaf lavash looks like.
I developed this tactic myself. First I fold it into 4 in two moves, then I unfold it and cut it along the fold line, but only on one short side, this is important.
What you put inside is up to you, but I used kashar cheese because I was going to make toast and when the kashar cheese melted, it added a great taste. I also chopped a salami. They were a little shapeless, but that's okay馃榿 As for the kashar, the sliced ones are very practical, I put two of them.
The folding stage is very important! Since I wanted the products I placed to overlap in the form of kashar-salami-kashar-salami, I folded them carefully.
Fold it up, then to the side, then down and you have a triangular sandwich.
Ta daaa馃 That's how it is. I made myself two this morning because I was really hungry and when I put the first one in the toaster I started to prepare the other one, but I only took pictures of one for you.
I put it in the toaster and took it out when the grill lines appeared.
